I couldn't be more impressed with my experience here. Each time I've used them, they've gone above and beyond. The diagnostic work done was thorough, pinpointing every issue while explained everything in detail and giving me options that worked within my budget. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I really appreciated how quickly they got everything sorted without cutting corners. On top of that, they weren't trying to sell me additional repairs that other shops tried to tack on to the estimate. Because of that I ended up saving a significant amount of money compared to other quotes I had gotten elsewhere. I highly recommend this crew at American Brake Center to anyone looking for quality, honesty, and fantastic service. These guys know their stuff and it shows they care about their customers!

I was recommended to American brake Center a couple years ago. I have taken several of our families vehicles there for several different things. I am skeptical of mechanics in general. However, the owner and his employees do really good work. They appear to be very trustworthy and their prices are good. It’s hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. They are always honest and if they cannot fix it for whatever reason, they will recommend a place that can do the work and would be trustworthy. I highly recommend American Brake Center.

Just want to give a shoutout to American Brake Centers Inc - Preston Hwy. I needed new brakes and rotors, and took my car to a different company for an estimate — they were going to charge me over $1200 for new front brakes, rotors, and left front caliper. I called American Brake Center for a quote, they would charge half of that - but wanted to make sure I actually needed a new caliper instead of taking the other shop’s word for it. Scott at American Brake Center got me in and out super fast, and also ordered some new front tires for me after pointing out how bad my tread was looking (I had been tire shopping) - even with the new front tires, I was still paying $400 less than what I would have paid for brakes/rotors/caliper at the other place. Highly recommend this place! You can also stop at Sichuan House for lunch or dinner on your way home 😉

This place is wonderful! I called them for help to check my brakes that had just been changed but still weren't working correctly and they were nice enough to squeeze me in right at opening when they had a full day scheduled and only took about 30 mins to get my issue fixed and had me on my way. I recently brought my Honda Pilot in for regular maintenance and they found out my Rack & Pin was leaking and replaced it for free ($1200 part) because it was still under warranty, and I'm amazed at the difference when steering. Scott has always been very prompt, honest and professional. Top notch customer service. My family also brings their vehicles here for service. American Brakes is the only Auto Care service I recommend.

First you should know that I am a very picky customer. I met Scott away from American Brake center and I was so impressed with him and his business motto that I immediately knew that if I ever needed service that I was going to give American Brake a try. My wife's car developed a check engine light so I took it in. I have never been more pleased with service from an auto repair shop than I was with American Brake Center!! They were very thorough, courteous, professional and reasonably priced! And they didn't just go replacing parts. They got to the root cause of the problem and made the appropriate repair. I was extremely happy to find out that they do every aspect of car repairs including tires which I will be back for next week to have replaced on my truck!!

Several months ago I had front pads and rotors replaced on my Lexus LS460. Recently I started getting pulsating when stopping at high speeds. I explained this to Scott and he checked it out and replaced the rotors under warranty at no charge. Fabulous customer service! Scott is amazing! As requested by the manufacturer, I was recently required to have my vehicle serviced by a dealership as part of my warranty for an engine diagnosis.
